I ordered a trial of hoodia for $5.95 and it stated you had 14 days to cancel or it will be auto shipment for $99.90 every 60 days.
Trying to send e-mails and phone calls to cancel I could get no one.
I ordered on the 10th of Feb and they started tring to bill me $99.90 on Feb 22.
Still trying to cancel didn't succeed. Then billed my debit again on the 24th of Feb. And it went through.
Finally today I get an answer on the phone and the lady says it's too late. I get no refund and haven't recieved the product, which I didn't want anyway.
I feel this is very unfair. Can you help me?
