Ripoff Provided written contract for "money back" guarantee but won't answer letters or phone calls when inquiries are made

When solicited by this company to purchase their appraisal directly service I obtained the following written guarantee: "Note: This program will not only pay for itself, but generate additional funds on top, or your money back". Since no business was generated I requested the refund. The company has not responded to even one of my written requests or returned even one of my phone calls. I have, recently, seen other "rip-off" reports pertaining to the same company and, therefore, want all to be forewarned.
