What a RipOff! This company sends a $499.00 Invoices for Advertising they never did! How Many Have Already Paid Them?!

We received a invoice for $499.00 dated January 30 with just "Advertising" in the discription area. Thank goodness the boss sent the invoice back to A/P with a question mark as to what this advertising was for. I called their 888 number twice stating that I would not be paying this invoice until I received a phone call explaining what "advertising" we were paying for.

I finally did get a return call, and was told to disreguard as it was an error... Yea right! How many other companies that might be bigger than ours, just ran this thur their Accounts Payable? I'm sure Excel Media is making a bundle on business that either don't have the man power to check on things like this or don't have people that care how the money is spent as it's not theirs.

Thank goodness for sites like this one so we can check on things like this. Thank you RIP OFF for suppling a service like this.
