These "people" started charging me almost $14.00 total, incldes "tax" since August. Since they started I have been trying to call their 888 # and have never got through. Just recently have found a web address that works.
They are charging me for some Vmail and Voice-xpress B.S. That I didn't authorize or even know what the hell it is. I don't know how Verizon can just let a company charge my bill without checking with me first.
Like I said I don't even know what these supposed "services" that they are "providing" are or even if they actually exist. I'm thourally pissed. I want answers. A refund, and I want them to stop NOW!
