Charged my account twice no products ever received Ripoff

I was sent an email to order Hoodia for Free. This was originally $5.95 shipping for free trial after there would be continued charges of $99.00 every 60 days if not canceled. I have never received this product and have tried to call 15 times and had no response. Can not get to a live body no matter what option is choosen.
