Ipoff! Fraudulent service, fake a$ wanna be psychic

She charges for service that has been cancel and stills continues to send fake guidance booklet that she charges for 19.95 5.00 for shipping and handling. She states that if not satisfy a refund will be given back no questions ask. I asked for a refund and still nothing. The only thing that i am sill recieving are her booklets and a bill.
