Ripoff 1.9 mill promised Westbury NY

Yeah, i got excited when i got the letter, who wouldn't at first, right. I continued to check it out on the internet, just in case. Thank goodness, being a divorced mom of 3, i would have definetly missed that 19.99. It doesn't sound like much to some people, but it's gas money or some extra grocery money to others. And it was in the fraud list, same exact letter I got was sent to other people, and this isn't the first one i got.
