I joined this service four months ago. It requires payment before you can view your matches. I immediately discovered I was going to have a difficult time finding a match in my area. I asked to cancel at that time. My request went unanswered. I searched the website and discovered that it stated if you unable to be matched during your membership period, you can obtain a refund AFTER that period. Now it is after the period and now I am told that refund policy isn't on the site. No, it isn't NOW. They removed it. Probably too many people in the same boat as I am. To top it off, this service is expensive. $99 for three months. My defense is that I stated right after I joined this wasn't going to work for me. The site said I could receive a refund after the membership period. So I did not pursue the refund at that time and took them at their word. Now when I want to exercise my right to the refund, as what was stated on the website, I was denied by "David Johns, Member Services Specialist". He instructed me to do a number of things to obtain a good match that I HAVE ALREADY TRIED and stated so. I subsequently filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau to try to recoup my $99 but to no avail. The complaint has gone UNANSWERED. There are now a number of complaints against this company. It is a lot of hype and unless you live or are willing to travel to a large metropolitan area, this service will not help you find a match, perfect or otherwise. Their customer service is a dis-service. Very bad outfit. Stay away.
