Ripoff

US Cellular are crooks, it was Aug 13 i get a call from my sister she tells me that They turn off the phone because it was pass due. So she had them draft out of her account to pay it. She told me she pay it all. Well later that day i went to pay my part thinking that she only pay the past due not realising she paid it all cause when i got there. The woman tells me the account is 0. I asked her are u sure she showed me for my self.

One week later they turn off my phones sayin i owe 45 dollars and i could get prepaid till i paid if it then they would turn it on.

I decide that i would just pay the cancelation fee and be rid of them. A week after that i get a bill sayin i owe them 7 hundren and something then i get i anthter bill the next month sayin i owe them a 1 thousand and something. Then the next month it was over 1300.

I was like how in the hell and the phone service has been off since augs and it was in oct they they was send me these bills. So i wrote them a letter and inclosed a money for 10 bucks and i asked them for a break down of my bill i asked them twice and i got no response from them at all, but i keep recieve from a collection agency i do not owe them the money they are sayin i owe them but yet they wont respond and now they have a collectin agency harrassin me its pissin me off what should i do
