Installers incompetent owner wants consumer to eat it ripoff

Ian galant-havel floors has install crews that screw up the job, blame the customer and then mr galant wants the customer to eat the cost of the error. I won't recommend the company to anyone, and have urged my builder to cease doing business with this greed driven consumer unfriendly local company. Go to one of the larger outlets, better deals, better installs, friendly management. Poor people skills. Small company with bad rep.
