Inphonic Rebates

We bought a cell phone from Inphonic a year ago and until now we did not receive our rebates. We bought a $300 phone with two $150 rebates. Of course they gave us a 30 day window to send all documents. Well, when we did that, they sent us a postcard stating they are not able to process our rebates. I was on the phone with them constantly and finally they stated that their system had a glitch and that the documents needed to be resent to Niagara Falls, NY instead of Phoenix, AZ where it was originally sent to. Once we faxed and sent the documents again, now they stated that we past the deadline for resubmitted documents. Well than why did you tell us to resend it then when it was past the "deadline"? This company is horrible and needs to have a class action lawsuit filed against them with all the compalints filed for them. All I want is our money. We only bought the phone because of their rebates they offered which is all FAKE anyway.
