Ripoff

I placed an order with ABC Dist. Company on 1/5/06. It supposed to be shipped from said company on 1/20/06. It has been 18 days and the item still has NOT been received.

I tried to track the package that apparently was sent via US parcel post and was told the track number that ABC provided does not exist. ABC Dist. Will not answer the phone (I was on hold for 45 minutes)... Will not respond to e-mail or fax.
