Ripoff did not fulfill services paid for very unhelpful in trying to get info after they received the money from us

We were told that we would receive "free" telemarketing for a week, meaning receiving applications, leads, etc. If we were to buy a targeted list from their company. We gave them our criteria of homeowners, credit scores above 550, revolving debt of atleast 20k, 80% ltv or less, loan amount of atleast 75K currently.

Once we purchased the list for $750.00, we did not even get the list for almost a week. When we did receive it, we recognized a lot of the addresses on it were of section 8 government housing projects, which of course were not current homeowners, so we immediately called the company, and we have been trying to get somewhere with them for the past 2 weeks, and nothing. We have done 2 conference calls. We cannot even reach the initial person we spoke with. I have called and left messages and sent several emails. We have been ripped off! We just want to make other people aware of what has happened to us!!! Jen
