Ripoff No glasses, no refund

Around October I got my eyes checked and was given a prescription for eyeglasses. I didn't want anything I could find for the price I could afford locally. I decided to buy some online. Well www.valueglasses.com had some I wanted for a price I could afford.

I filled out all the information and read carefully the terms of service. I gave them more than the 15 days they said it may take and them tried calling. I got a mailbox as if I had called a cell phone.

I tried to reach them through email. I got a very personal email assuring me they were on the way and given a USPS tracking number, which only stated they were expecting a package.

Long story short no more correspondence from them despite my efforts after they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and I'm just out 40 bucks.
