Fraudulent billing consumer fraud ripoff

I was billed for 503 cubic feet of space on a move and I only received 224 cubic feet of actual measurement.

Continued calls to the 888 number only result in being put on hold for 30,15 and currently 7 minutes just today and yesterday it was 44 minutes.

I have sent them a fax today describing the problem and am waitin for a reply.

They also padded the materials by tripling the actual usage.
