Ripoff, insurance fraud, says i had 2 accidents when i had only one

I worked for this company for 6 weeks. I experienced 6 weeks of hell with ugly (on the inside too) dispatcher from hell. Now when I am trying to find other employment, they are falsely saying that I had two accidents when I had only one, a fender bender in a flying j parking lot. I believe this is insurance fraud.

The last 2 loads I delivered for them, they refused to pay me. Jeff Smith, the terminal manager, sent me a message on my Q/C saying 'how about if I deduct the accident from your pay"

I received only a small percentage of pay for the last 2 loads I did for them. Example one was to pay $260, I got only $60. The other was about $600, they paid only $120. Only after I filed a preliminary wage claim with the Arkansas Dept of Labor, did they pay me.

This company is evil. My dispatcher, Becky Smith, kept threatening me with loss of my job if I didn't keep moving when my hours of service were up.

Stay away from this company. I am trying to get an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against them if I can get enough drivers together.
