Enhanced Service Billing INC and Qwest

Enhanced Service Billing INC (Special Services and Products) has been ripping my family off since November!! This is through my Qwest telephone bill!

They started charging us money $ out of the blue for NO REASON. I looked back to see how long. First it was a "start up fee" of $12.95 and to top that now they are charging $14.95 and calling it "New Charges" each month!

Now we just got our February bill, HELP! My wife JUST got out of the hospital 2 days ago and I just pay my bills and try to get through the days, which is hard... Now to think I have to watch and study EVERYTHING that comes into my house as a piece of prior TRUSTED mail! Unbelievable!
