Ripoff dishonest unreachable fraudulent billing

This company is impossible to reach and does not return email to acknowledge any of your communications.

I cancelled my account as instructed on the web page and was continued to be billed. I returned the product each time it arrived. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and finally the billing stopped.

The new year started and I am now receiving new billing to my account for the same product. Only, this time they don't even bother to send the product. I have had to file yet another complaint through my credit card company and even cancel the account and open a new one to prevent any further billing.

The product is worthless dog treats which my dog will not even touch. Stay away from this company. I have learned my lesson.
