I ordered a DVD from the beach body exercise program on TV. They offered one for $14.99 without further obligation.

I made it very clear to the person on the phone that I only wanted that particular DVD.

When I got my bank statement, there was a charge of 39.99 for an additional DVD. I called them and was told that I could send it back. I never got it and never got my money back either.

Next month another charge. I called and was told my DVDs were on the way. I told them I didn't order them and didn't want them. I cretainly didn't order two sets. (I did recieved one of the sets but not the other.) Even so, I never ordered either one.

There was also another charge on my bank account. I ended up having to cancel my debit card. I learned a sad lesson about using a debit card to make purchases over the phone or on line.
