Ripoff on shipping weights!

I ordered some items from LTD. ON the UPS label it said it weighed 32 pounds. I actually weighed the package (on a mail scale that goes up to 150 pounds) and it only weighed 15 pounds! To double check, I pulled out each box and weighed them indiviually and added them up = 15 pounds. I then went on to UPS.com and entered the shipping from Bannockburn to me and the box dimensions, etc. And I should have paid almost half in shipping!!! I sent and email but am awaiting a response.
