Incompetent, dishonest no remorse

I have had problems with them before and it has been hard to get through but mostly they had been pretty nice. They did at one time switch my service and overcharge me for a few monthes but after a lot of time I got re imbursed.

What they did this time is my phone stopped working and when I called them to find out why it did not work they told me that my security code was not on file.

When I asked them why my phone had worked for a year and a half with no problems and why did this happen now? She said she couldn't tell me and that it would be 24-72 hours before my phone worked. I called back 74 hours later stayed on hold for another half an hour and then was told by a man that the order had gone through the night before and my phone service should be back any minute.

He also told me that he couldn't tell me why this had happened but when I complained he told me I could have credit for the days my phone did not work.

Three days later and still my phone did not work I went back on hold for another half an hour and then the lady tells me my phone should start working soon. I talked to her for a while before she finally went to a supervisor to find out why this had happened and then found that through a computer error they had deleted my phone number so in order to have my phone work I would need to get a new number.

I asked her why they didn't just tell me that the first time I called and she said she didn't know but I could have 15 dollars as a courtesy for my troubles. SO I cancelled my service and am wondering if I will see the 15 dollar credit or the credit for the break in service.
