Fradulant practices insulting bahavior and unauthorized use of my credit card ripoff

My wife and I were approached by a company rep stating we should have our son model. We went to a meeting and paid for a "professional" headshot, this photo was crap and cost us $45.00

The sales rep / supervisor stated their fee was $395.00 additional dollars in order to take more photos and prepare us for the industry etc.

I paid $95.00 via credit card on Wednesday night and stated I would be back in on Sat afternoon to pay the balance in cash, the management agreed.

The next day I realized that the company had charged my card not only for the initial deposit but for the entire balance using 2 separate transactions causing my bank to go into over draft

When we contacted the company they became extremely belligerent and insulting, and stated they have 30 days to consider providing a refund (of money they weren't suppose to have to begin with) they said they had the right to charge our card whenever they wanted (though my receipt I signed was only for $95.00)

The company refused to provide a copy of contract, additional receipts or a timely refund (the charge is pending they could have given an immediate refund)
