Ripoff, scamming by claimming to sell puppies

I contact Tenon Gilbert about an ad that stated she had 3 yorkshire puppies that she was selling. After speaking with her and getting all of her contact information and after listening to the story that she was moving and needed to quickly find homes for the dogs because she was moving to Nigeria.

I decided to purchase the puppies from her. After making the final payment for the dogs she never returned my phone calls or responded to my email and I never got my puppies. And I have later learned that the company that she stated that she worked for has never heard of her and says that they have gotten a lot of complaints stated that she has used their name and contact information to scam a lot of people out of their money.
