Gianna Hair Extension Artist Very Rude, hung up the phone on me twice, Told me to get my hair ruined in NYC RIPOFF

I called Gianna hair extensions, very excited and hope ful after reading her very friendly and professional website. Boy was I suprised. Gianna herself answered the phone. My first words were complimenting her on what beautiful work she does. Then I asked her some normal questions like how much her services are hourly.
She snapped back, that she did not give out quotes over the phone, then she said I could come in for a consultation.

Monday evening she would be available, and tuesday she would be in NY. Great I thought, It is stated on her website that she makes house calls for 500 dollars which can then be deducted from her services if the client goes ahead.

This is stated on her website. Naturally I assumed that was what she was saying, She would be in NY for buisness. I said great tuesday would work for me.in a very degrading, and nasty manner she replied. "No sweetheart I am not coming to your house" "I am going into the city for pleasure" Then she asked my age.
I am 23.

From there it got worse. She told me " I am a very busy women and you are agravating me why don't you just get your hair ruined in NY" And then she hung up.

I could hardly believe what had just happened, I felt there must have been a misunderstanding, so I called her back to figure out what had happened.

She answered and told me "Ther was no misunderstanding, when she sasys something the first time I better listen to her, and now I was agravating her again" and then she hung up on me again"

What? I was in shock, and yes I called again. Was this a joke who does this women think she is? Her assistant answered the phone, and asked if I had just called I said yes, her assistant told me that I was aggravating Gianna and that she was done with me.

I Have never been treated so rudely in my life, and I am sure I am not the only one.

My friends boyfriend also had a similar experience. He was in shock when I told him what happened. He called and had a very similare experience.

He said he was setting up an apointment for his girlfriend to suprise her for her birthday.

Gianna replied "I think it is very strange that you are doing this" "Your girlfriend is a big girl tell her to call me herself"."I am through with you" and hung up. He called back also in disbelieve. She answered and said "sweeteheart, why are you calling me, I told you "I am finished with you and hung up"

I am posting this to worn people to stay away from this women. She is a nasty human being. I hope this somehow affects her buisness, and she begins to think about the way she is traeating people. People like this need to be stopped.
