Ripoff giving out phone number already listed to another, unfair charges, poor C/S Noone has answer to questions RUDE

I had been a Sprint coustmer for over 4 years when I upgraded my phone through the internet, I was doubled charged for the phone, and was given a new # the new # they gave me was already listed to another person. The area code they gave me was not he same state where I lived. It took 3 months for Sprints to take of the user on my #, they would not correct the wrong area code.
I added another line to my service. I asked C/S if I would want to cancel the line in the future would I be charged for early cancelation. I was told no.
I did cancel the extra line and was told at the time of cancelation I would be charge $125. I stated to the C/S person that this was not told to me when I added the extra line.

I was told no charge would incur if I keep the ordiginal line.

At that time C/S became rude, and I was told it was my responsiablity to know my plan.

Sprint disconnected my service and every month there after they add a monthly charge. Which at this time they have me oweing $500.

I will NOT pay these charges, and Intend to file legal action against Sprint.

Sprint has C/S personel who do not speak proper English, are rude and will transfer you to person to person and no one can rectify a problem, and when you ask question they become RUDE I find Sprint dishonest and employ people who have no knowledge and just tell coustmers anything so that they can make a sale.
