Ripoff

I placed an order and my credit card was charged on 10/21/05. I did not get my merchandise. I contacted them via email in November to let them know I did not receive my order. I received an email back stating they had requested a tracking number and they would get this taken care of. That was the last time I heard from them. I have requested my merchandise or a credit back on my credit card. Two months, 7 emails and a couple of phone calls later still no product, no credit to my account and no response from Craft Storage.
