RIPOFF Sent a bogus letter saying I won lottery that never have played. Name only on outside of envelope with no return address

Received letter addressed to me with no return address. When opened it stated that I was one of 17 winners of a lottery held on October 28. It also stated that the names and numbers had been messed up and that notification was not until November 30.

It also stated that my share of the lottery was $680,000 some odd dollars and that I had until January 15 to claim it or the money would go back to the ministerio de economia y hacienda as unclaimed. It said the letter was from the desk of the vice president, gave me a reference number and batch number and also informed me that 10% belongs to Bilbao Security co, s.A. Because they are my claims agent. It said to begin my claim by contacting luiz. Sanchez (foreign operation manager at the bilbao security co by telephone or fax.By the way, the winning numbers were 21-22-37-39-41-49. Never have played the lottery to my recollection.

It then thanked me for being part of their international promotion program.
