*Buyer Beware* Order from the website at your own risk and expense. My expierence with this company has been the worst online purchase by far!

My first order went as smooth as can be. Very prompt and efficent. When I purchased another item a month later, that's when my problems began. There was no delay in charging my credit card but when I tried to contact the website about my order, no reponse was ever given. After a month of trying to contact anyone I decided to give the BBB a ring and see what they could do. They were able to get a response from the company President Ms. Vickie Berkowitz.

She claims that the company rountinely "purges" all customer information and that my supposed order may have been deleted at the same time, even though my credit card was charged. Since then I have heard nothing from either the website nor the BBB.

I have recently filed another complaint with the BBB and have not received any response from them.
