QX Telecommunications Ripoff still getting away with fraud in

Since March my mother has been charged $59.78 by "WQ Long Distance 1-800-385-1968". We know that she did not authorize this plan, and unfortunately assumed that this was a legitimate charge. She was not even in the state at the time the billing started so they had no way of knowing how to contact her. We tried to contact the company to cancel this "service" only to find that they have no customer service reps and we left a message only to not have it returned. This is a scam that has been perpetrated, apparently on many people, and we appreciate the reports we found here and have used this knowledge to pursue action against this company. Keep up the postings on this and other fraudulent companies!
