Ripoff

I was making a payment on my sear's account. The lady said that her manager will be calling me back to let me know that the payment went through. So the manager called me back and said that she will be taking money from my personal bank account when they feel it is neccessary, and that there is nothing I can do about it. I said no that is illegal and I am not authorizing it. I said no about 5 times. Then she said to bad and hung up on me. So I called my bank and did a block on them. So I called their home office, I left 5 voicemails. No one returned my call. Finaly I got a gentlemen and I stated that I wanted to speak to someone over the manger. And then he switched me to the same lady who had done it. I hope that get reprimanded for this.
