Incident:

I ordered a Crossword puzzle magazine subscription for my 81 year old Mom from wholesalemagazineshop.com. Months went by and it was a no show at her house. I called 866-560-7592 but it's an all automated system - no live people to talk to. I had to track their identities down with a networksolutions.com search.

I found that wholesalemagazines.com is owned by Dan Brunstein of Kenosha, I then notified Citibank Visa of what I believe is magazine subscription fraud and not an "error".

In response I also got this nasty email telling me to "take my business elsewhere". Very Nice... And very professional of them huh?

I say avoid this nasty bunch of goons and they totally deserve to be on this usacomplaints.com
