This person asks for money for a report or reading. There is no mention that there is more information coming or that you must cancel to prevent further mailings. The charge for the first is $19.95, which was sent in advance and the reading was sent out to me.

The following months resulted in more reports being sent out with no mention of any billing or more money owed. The end result is a bill for $95.80. A letter was sent asking for a copy of the account and how the mailings were authorized to be sent. The next thing was a collectionletter from a collection agancy.

As the mailings were sent unsolicited without being asked for, they are considered gifts. That means there is no obligation to pay.

Beware of this tactic before doing any busines with this person.

Currently I have filed a rebuttal of this account to the collection agancy and Skye Alexander. If this does not get results, I have generated letters to the Attorney General of Arizona, The Federal Trade Commission, The New York Dept of Consumer affairs, and the Postmaster for mail fraud which will be sent if this account is not reversed and collection attempts are ceased.
