Fraudulent franchise sales, breach of contract, ripoff

I purchased an Area and a Store Franchise from this company in 2003. I was supposed to receive half of all royalties and 40% of all franchise fees in the area.

I opened not one, but two stores in the first ten months with the company. I then sold two more stores in 2005.

They have never paid a dime in royalties or commissions despite repeated demands. And I am not the only person to have this experience with Postal Connections.

It turns out that the guys that run this are not exactly stellar citizens. One has an FTC violation and numerous bankruptcies in his past. Another claims to have PhD - turns out it is from an unacredited online "university" in Hawaii!

I am sick that I went into business with them but it's too late now. Even if I get the legal judgement I anticipate, their financial statements make it look like they are broke!
