Earthbound and Entertainment Promotions ripoff bilked out of my money!

I have worked for Earthbound Entertainment and Promotions on and off for 4 yrs. It has always been difficult to get paid but after several calls and then threats they came across. I hadn't worked for them in over a year when they called and asked me to do another demo for them. I foolishly thought they maybe had their act together by then. I took the job and then 2 days later they called and asked about doing another. I said I needed to know what they'd pay for that one and they said it would be $11.00 an hr. I thought it was fair so I did that one.

These were done in Oct. Last week I thought I'd better start my calling again to try to get my money, and surprise! Their phones are all disconnected! I had 4 numbers to call, all to no avail. I even tried Billie Diekman's home phone but no answer there and no answering machine. Looks to me as though I am not going to see my money. I found on a site, I think it was a TV station in Omaha thought they made the news pertaining to these problems. I would like to know what recourse I'd possibly have.
