Ripoff refused refund though guaranteed

I ordered the trial of the green tea 300 which comes with a guarantee of complete satisfaction or my money back. The initial trial made me so sick that I vomited. Obviously it wouldn't work for me. I requested the shipments be stopped, but received another shipment and have been charged $63.95 for both shipments after I requested they not be sent. The company refuses to refund my money! What a RIP-OFF. Is there anything I can do?
