VIP Advantage, CB
Icardservices.com VIP Advantage took $159.00 from my checking account without my approval. Jay Thomas Took My Christmas Funds and made my account NSF

On 12/14/05, I found out that I was in the red by my bank. I just so happen to call the bank to check my account while they were open and I was then informed that $159.00 was taken from my account by a VIP/CB. The Bank Rep. Gave me the info. That was provided to them by computer. This included the following:

Phone# 866-883-4980

I then told her that I never authorized anyone to take any money out of my account. So I called the number and got answering machine stating that they were assisting other customers but I could contact them on line, so I did. I went on line and someone named June responded right away. When I asked about the money taken from my account a message came across the screen saying that they were closed and to call back during the hours of 9am-6pm EST Mon.- Fri. I then replied saying that it was only 3:30 CST. No one has contacted me since.
