First when they send you your free trail the letter to accompany this free trail has no date on it. So u don;t know exactly when they send it out. When you do call, and let me tell you it took me a week to get through to them always busy. They are so clear on our records show this and that. Well have they never heard of the customer is always rite. My records don't show a dam thing. I called on behalf of my husband because he could'nt get through for 3 days, finally i get through and i don't have a right to cancell the stupid shit, which did't work from the day he got the card. We tried calling with no luck. All I have to say with so much going on in this world, how can people be so so so uncaring and misleading. We should be making this a better understanding safer world to live in, not an untrusting one.
