When you call you are then in contact with "Premium Refund Service" PO Box 7508 North Port, FL 34287-0508. They are asking from $39.95-$199.95 for the names of over 100,000 people due refunds from the Government and all materials needed on how to contact these people and how these people will pay you for your services. Once your money is received then there is no further contact with Premium Refund Service.
