Nick Wagner is an unethical business person. He has run several of the people I know out of business in order to take over their client base. He gouges and cheats his clients and when someone gets in his way he does everything he can to ruin their name and business base. He is currently trying to put Brad Skipper also known as Swinguard out of business. Swinguard, Brad Skipper, runs www.Swinguard.com. Nick Wagner runs www.nicnac.net and when Brad Skipper wouldn't sell out to him, Nick Wagner began a campain to smear Brad Skipper's good name. Nick Wagner of Horizon Outdoors engaged several people to help him and also created alias email accounts from which to do this. The reports on this website (usacomplaints. Coms) are examples of just that!
