The designer came to my home, wrote up the designs and submitted the paperwork. I paid more than 2500.00. When the installer came at 3:00pm in the afternoon they started installing the home office and when I got off of work and came home I was amazed with what we had agreed upon and what they were building. I informed them that I did not want 25 inch book shelves, nor did I want three very small shelves above my head, nor did i order a desk that had a hard corner.

At this time it was 7:00 pm and the installers who barely spoke English informed me that the designer make mistakes like this all the time and that I should call the comapmy because they would not be able to finish the job anyway. The next day i called the job and I was told by the secretary that the manger did not come in until 10:00 am. I called back at 10:30 and was told that the manager was in ameeting and I he would call me back. I called back at 3:00 and was told that the manager had not come in that day. The next day my husband called and was told again by the secretary that he could not speak with the manager.

I called abck the same day and told the secretary, I demanded to talk with the manager. She advised me that she was told hot to put anyone through to the manager. It was two weeks of calling everyday before I talked tot manager that infromed me he had the changes that I needed on the home office and that the installer would be there at betwen 1-3 to finish the job. He furether informed me that he would adjust my bill. The installers showed up on Friday 11/11/05 and told me that they were there tot ake down the changes so that the installer could come back to fix the office. I told them to call the manager. The installer advised me that the manager was not there. I called the office and again was faced with the secreatry who advised me that she would walk my message to the manager. It has been three days and I still have not be able to speak with the manager or get my home office resolved. I am demanding that I get a refund in full.
