Ripoff on lifetime furniture cleaning supplies

When I bought my leather furniture, one of the reasons for my purchase was because Marlo guaranteed (through my signed contract) a lifetime supply of cleaning products for the furniture.

Guess what, I went there this morning (11/7) and got the run around between their corporate office and the Laurel office where I purchase the furniture.

The conclusion was that I now had to purchase the cleaning supplies and there's nothing they can do about it becasue they had terminated the contract with the original supplier of the products. All calls to the Manager was met with "the front office would take a message for him because he's in the warehouse."
