Ripoff

This company is a complete ripoff. I ordered the free sample on Oct. 19, pd. The $6.95 shipping and handling. Never received the product sample.

Oct. 21 ~ there it was. $99.90 charge to my Visa, unauthorized. I called the company, spoke to Daisy and was told that she couldn't file for a refund of the $6.95 until 14 days had passed. She stated that the $99.90 was for another shipment - evidently 14 days after your first order, you are automatically renewed. She said she cancelled my account and gave me a confirmation number.

At this point, the $99.90 has not come out of my bank account. This company has filed it 3 days in a row. If it hardposts to my account tonight, I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I will fight this company with everything I have until they return my money. If we get enough people on this website who have been stolen from, I think we should all file class action suit.
