Ripoff haven't received Home Theatre System

In March I responded to an advertisement by Direct Satellite Network to install Directv and recieve a free Home Theatre System for free. About two weeks later I returned the required form, $29 money order and a copy of my first bill.

Well here we are in Nov and no home theatre system. The response each and everytime "it's on back order". Now when I call I get a pre recorded message when I ask to speak to a supervisor. I don't believe this back order bs.

I've reported them to the Attorney Generals office and Consumer Affairs. I'v been contacted by Consumer Affairs and they are in the process of investigating the company.
