Scamming a bill Thank you for this site!

Received a "bill" from this company for supposed internet web access on a date (10/12/05) and time (4:17 pm) when I was at work. I also don't use web sites that charge by the minute or some such scheme. I received a bill on or around 10/24 for $12.61.

When I checked the calendar and realized this was a ripoff, I was furious. I've had it with being used and abused and this was just too much. I am just hoping that this thing won't find its way to my credit report.
I found this website when I did an internet search for Navicomm and this site came up time and time again. Thanks to all who wrote, I found out what to do. I've filed with the FTC and received confirmation that they received my report. I sent One Call a letter telling them I've reported them. Now I'm on my way to electronically filing a police report with my local police.

Thank you for this site and everyone's advice on what to do - I wouldn't have known and would have just been complaining. I am spreading the word, both about this One Call and your site. Thanks again.
