Ripoff corruption, dirty liar, scam con artist, thief, false promising, SOB stole guns given to me by my father, Scum Dick!

While supposedly representing / defending me, (due to a probation search performed on my girlfriend, in accordance with conditions of FORMAL PROBATION), this "SLIMEBALL-SCUM-DICK" tricked and lied to everyone involved to enable him to aquire possesion of my firearms.

I was also on probation, HOWEVER, mine was INFORMAL probation and I submitted legal proof that I had NO RESTRICTIONS in conditions of probation.

These guns were in my gun cabinet, in my office (seperate from rest of home by locked door) which is OFF LIMITS to my girlfriend. This was done in order to comply with the terms and conditions listed on her FORMAL PROBATION.

I was arrested and my firearms were taken by the police claiming to be in violation of my INFORMAL probation. I knew that this was in error and sought council to assist me in court. Mr. Herman (scum-sucking worm) told me that we would prove that the police performed an illegal search; took unnecessary action regarding conditions of probation; and that we could get my weapons returned to me. Not only did he do NOTHING to aid in my defense, but he was able to get my weapons released to him without my knowledge.

This all began in late Nov. 2001. It is now March. I'm still trying to regain possesion of these weapons, (I was in the process of selling some, having accepted first payment of $500.00, prior to search). After several attemps to discuss this with "WORM-BREATH", (out of office / with a client / on vacation / etc. Etc.) I finally spoke to him briefly on March 18, at which time he said that, quote: "you mean MY guns, not YOUR guns"; "I think that you are trying to get the guns back"; "You will never see the guns again"; and then hung up the phone.

YES! Yes! I am trying to regain posession of MY guns. This guy is SLICK! However, so is snot, spit and cum! Believe me, if you see him coming, hide all your valuables and do not give him any paperwork that could prove your innocence.

Oh yes, I have yet to get back that document, stating the conditions of my probation and legal right to have guns; which should have been all I needed to clear my whole case.

On top of all this, the stinking DICK sent me a bill for an "investigator" that he hired. $140 for 3.5 hours of service. What investigator? When, where and why did this invisible investigator appear? This was in addition to the $3500.00 I already paid Mr. SCUMDICK for his excellent representation and valueable assistance in my defese.
