Ripoff fraudulent billing

Personally, I've dont business with this particular website. Not only did I not recieve my item like the owner had promised, I got charged for it. Never have I been more humiliated or distraught. It wasn't until the day before my package was to be recieved that i got an email from the "owner" telling me that it's not in stalk. Not only is it not in stalk, but since he already took my money I had two options A.) pick something else out or B.) wait for it to come back. All i wanted was my money back and i repeatedly emailed the owner and never got a single responce. The charge is still on my account and I never heard from the company after that.
