I ordered rings from IJ Groupe online and the stipulation was that if sending a check, the order will not be shipped until the check has cleared their bank. That it will typically take 10 business days. The check has cleared my bank over 15 working days ago. I can not reach them by phone or by mail. They do not respond. When I checked again on the better business bureau, it said they had unresolved issues.
Just to be on the safe side, always check the bbb.org or usacomplaints.com before ordering from someone. I didn't lose that much money but its the principle of the matter.
