Ripoff tells you that you have access to reverse phone numbers, when actually they send you to web addresses that you have to pay to get this. They do not respond to their e-mails when you try to get your money back. BEWARE Internet

1stopspytools leads you to believe that if you pay 29.95 for a lifetime membership. You can get reverse phone look-up, names and addresses of people, when they only refer you to other web addresses that charge you fees. I sent them e-mails to let them know that I was having a problem and if it couldn't be corrected that I wanted my money back. Haven't heard a thing. Just out of the money. Don't want anyone else to fall for this.
