Ripoff FROM SOUND

We had DISH NETWORK installed they came and installed it.

The man that came was not friendly.

But he said if we keep the system 2 months we would get a new surround sound.

They lied.

I called the toll free number and they said they didn't know about it.

I ask them could I get the persons name that installed it? They didn't know it or the company that sent him out.

Crazy isnt it??
