Ripoff - Prepaid legal ripped me off for $17.00. It took them a month to process my application and also to send me all my packet. They charged me $17.00 for something I did not have

Prepaid legal charged me $17.00 while they were still processing my application. I told them since I did not have the packet they charged me for something I did not have. They said I should have known and should have called the company for my membership number.

I tried to explain that in that month I could have used the service. Since I did not have my membership number I waited. It took a month for me to get the packet.

I talked to a supervisor named Michelle and she understood and said the next month I won't be charged. Well, I was charged and for $17.00 that they are so intent on keeping, a big company, a prepaid legal company just goes to show how money hungry and selfish. They only care about making money and not customer service. They do not care if their members are happy. Money-Money-Money.

They ripped me off for a mere $17.00.
